  • Planting Lead and Designer

    Jamie trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and has spent the last decade working across garden design, build, and maintenance.


    He brings:

    • An expert, practiced eye for planting composition

    • Efficient, thorough, tidy work on site

    • Excellent communication and client-brief interpretation

    • Beautiful, well-considered planting plans

    A seasoned on-site veteran, Jamie ensures every project is delivered with precision and calm professionalism.

  • Ecological Horticulturalist

    Having worked for designers such as Sarah Price and Monty Don, Gemma brings extensive planting experience and ecological expertise. She’s also an ex-acrobat!


    She offers:

    • Ecology-led planting knowledge

    • Meadow creation, cutting regimes, over-sowing, and ongoing management

    • Skilled hedge-laying and coppicing

    • High-quality, accurate planting at pace

    For projects needing an ecological approach or meadow establishment, Gemma provides specialist insight and delivery.

  • Large-Plant & Digger Specialist

    Will is our go-to operator when projects involve particularly large trees, mature shrubs, or heavy lifting on site. A highly skilled digger driver with over 15 years of landscaping experience, he brings both precision and calm competence to complex installations.

    In addition to operating plant machinery safely and efficiently, Will is an accomplished landscaper in his own right and runs his own company, Crafted Landscapes.

    His positive attitude, reliability, and ability to problem-solve under pressure make him an invaluable partner when we need extra muscle or specialist machinery expertise.

    A trusted professional and an all-round asset on site, Will is who we call when we need the big guns and boy does he have some big guns.

  • Senior Horticulturalist

    With many years in horticulture, Bertie has served as a head gardener and worked in some of the UK’s most prestigious gardens, including Hidcote, Sleightholmedale, and Alt-y-Bella.


    He delivers:

    • Exceptional craft horticultural skills

    • An encyclopaedic plant knowledge

    • A refined eye for plant combinations and naturalistic planting

    • Remarkable speed and accuracy — a true “planting machine”

  • Chief Grower and Nursery Lead

    Clare runs the nursery and is responsible for growing and maintaining our full plant range. With experience at RHS Wisley, Kew and Dublin Botanic Garden, she is the engine room of our operation.


    She ensures:

    • High-quality, healthy plants grown in peat-free, chemical-free conditions

    • Excellent stock management and plant availability

    • Consistency and reliability for every project we support
